 Precious Metals Plating
Sherrill Manufacturing’s 53,000 sft plating facility is equipped with 3 automatic and 2 semi-automatic plating lines as well as a separate system designed especially for gold plating and accenting. The flatware plating line is capable of producing over 100,000 pieces per day using a fully automated process.
- SILVER IS PLATED AS STRIKE, 7 MICRON STANDARD PLATE, AND 20 MICRON HEAVY PLATE FOR FLATWARE PIECES.
- GOLD PLATING IS APPLIED PER CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS. GOLD ACCENTING IS ALSO AVAILABLE.
- NICKEL STRIKE AND NICKEL PLATING IS ALSO PROVIDED PER CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION
